So my 2016 E-Class has started making this really annoying clunking noise whenever I go over speed bumps or those awful manhole covers they've got all over the place here, and I'm pretty sure it's something in the suspension rather than just a loose trim or something simple. The car's done about 110k km now so I'm thinking the control arm bushes or maybe the ball joints are starting to give up, especially with the way the roads are and the heat we get here which just destroys rubber components. I've been looking around Al Quoz because it seems like there's a few workshops there that specialise in German cars, but honestly it's hard to know which ones actually know what they're doing with the AIRMATIC systems and the multi-link setups on these things. I came across what looks like a Trusted Mercedes suspension repair in Al Quoz that seems to have a decent reputation, but I'd rather hear from actual owners before I hand my car over to anyone. Has anyone here had suspension work done on their E-Class or similar model somewhere around there that they'd recommend? I don't mind paying a fair price as long as the job's done properly and they use decent quality parts, because I've had enough of places that just tighten things up and send you on your way only for the noise to come back a week later.
